$26/hr is our standard bookkeeping rate that covers most ongoing work.
$38/hr is for catch-up work.
Back Bank Reconciliations
Any bank account reconciliation work that is older than 2 months is considered Back Bank Reconciliation and is billed at $38/hr.
Pre-Existing Financial Diagnostics
Resolving pre-existing financial diagnostic issues is billed at $38/hr. Financial diagnostic work that is required as part of standard ongoing month-to-month bank reconciliations and are within 2 months of current are considered part of normal ongoing bank reconciliations and, therefore, is billed at our standard $26/hr rate.
Balance Audit is a full financial audit of your books, bank accounts, owners, tenants, properties, etc. towards identifying the cause of issues. This work is billed at $38/hr.
Financial Software Set Up / Start Up
Initial set up or start up of your financial software (Appfolio, Buildium, QuickBooks Online, etc) is billed at $38/hr.
The credit card you have entered above is for today’s one-time setup fee only.
Ongoing monthly bills are emailed on the 1st and 16th of the month and terms are Net 30. Ongoing monthly bills will not be charged to the credit card entered on this page.
There is a monthly $300 minimum and will be reflected on your invoice dated the 1st of each month.
The one-time setup fee is non-refundable.
